Kay (Mum) is a running enthusiast who loves bringing friends and family together for food, taking every opportunity to plan it with her trusty spreadsheets. With a background in event management, she has organised events in iconic venues like the Royal Yacht Britannia and the BT Tower.

Gary (Dad), on the other hand, steers clear of running and spreadsheets but is all about cycling, walking their beloved dog Ruby and being hot on logistics. He’s the one who makes sure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time.

Matthew (son number 1) loves football, but his true passion is golf. He’s worked in the hospitality industry since he was 16, managing bars, cafés and restaurants. He’s a front of house ‘host with the most’.

Nathan (son number 2), loves kayaking, camping and playing Ice hockey. He’s also a formidable master of the BBQ, loves cooking on charcoal and will make sure your burgers are tasty and succulent (just don’t mention gas BBQs to him!).
